We put 100% of our passion into 100% of our products so if you’re not 100% satisfied let us know and we’ll fix it or die trying.
If you’re not happy with your purchase, for whatever reason, let us know what we’ll offer you a full refund and / or exchange for your product within 2 weeks of your purchase date. Now, don’t be a Jerry and try to return gear you’ve already taken for a spin. If your returned merchandise has been visibly used and / or worn then no refund will be given per the Till I Die code of ethics.
If there is an error with your order as a result of our inability to get you exactly what you wanted (wrong product / size / color / etc) we will take care of everything.
Please note that you are responsible for shipping and handling for any returns and / or exchanges you would like to make that are not a result of error on the part of Till I Die, LLC. We already hook you up with free shipping in the first place but it’s on you to make sure the product gets back to us in marketable condition in order to mitigate your issues.
